To do this, please contact the usual customer service team for your insurance product. Depending on the type of support you need, this may be the team that handles your policy or your claim.

They will ask for a few details about the person you wish to nominate, such as

  • Their name
  • How they’ll be helping you
  • How we can contact them

In some cases, you may be asked to confirm this in writing to help us protect your privacy and ensure your information is handled safely. You can change or remove a support person at any time.
