Insurance
Builders operating in Victoria and South Australia are required to purchase Construction Warranty Insurance on behalf of the homeowner. This is known as Domestic Building Insurance (DBI) in Victoria and Building Indemnity Insurance in South Australia.
Assetinsure is the only private insurer supporting builders with Construction Warranty Insurance (CWI) in Victoria & South Australia.
