Experience
George has over 15 years of experience in commercial banking and insurance. He joined ANZ Banking Group Limited in 1997 where he worked for 10 years. He held various positions in the company including Senior Customer Support Officer, assistant Manager and Relationship Manager and he was responsible for training, coaching and mentoring staff, managing and implementing client strategies for corporate and high-risk customer groups. In 2006, George joined QBE Insurance (Australia) Limited as Relationship Executive, Surety up until 2008. In November 2008, he joined Assetinsure. In addition to underwriting, George is integral in formulating the Surety Division’s business plan and delivery on the company’s commitments.
