44 Pitt Street is among the few surviving Victorian warehouses in the Circular Quay area.
It was built around 1895, on land first granted to Simeon Lord in 1810. Its distinctive cartway and iron gates are a reminder of its former function. Its role changed in 1966, becoming the Pitt Club. Its seven levels provide ample scope for Assetinsure’s future growth and commitment to servicing its clients.
